El sitio está a media hora escasa del Dubai Mall y del Burj Khalifa. Teniendo en cuenta las distancias de la ciudad no es demasiado. Las vistas entre los rascacielos no son las mejores para la ubicación, pero tampoco son malas.
La atención del personal fue nula. Llegamosbpara dejar las maletas dos horas antes y nos intentaron cobrar 100 euros de suplemento. Después de negarnos la atención fue nula, llamabas solicitando un par de toallas limpias y simplemente no contestaba. Y la guinda del pastel fue un olvido de unos medicamentos. Les dijimos que por favor nos los enviasen, evidentemente pagando las molestias, y un mes después siguen sin contestar. Con gente así mejor buscar otro sitio.
