The room was beautiful. spacious and I believe recently updated. Beds comfortable and the air condition was needed during our stay and it didn’t let us down.
There was plenty of space for folks to sit and visit or eat at several picnic tables around the property.
We even had time for a quick refresh in the pool.
Staff was very accommodating.
There were no negatives about the property. Very nice.

The Hillside Hotel was incredible convenient to Shenandoah National Park as well as the town of Luray. The room was quiet and had a fridge and microwave which we appreciated. It didn’t have a ton of frills, but we got rest and an early start to our hikes in the park!
A downside is that the office is only open certain hours (I believe 9am-8pm), but having a keycode instead of a room key was very convenient (and might allow for a later check in?). Of note, the pool was closed during our stay.

Location, the woman at in the office was very nice! Even gave me a call to tell me about checkin in. Beautiful views and fairly quiet room .modern reno stained wood trip. It is cozy
The room i rented was nice but Noone cleaned before I received it . I dont like to complain but its the truth. Just not good taste in my mouth for 110 a night. Im not saying its a bad place to stay but wasn't cleaned
