Excellent walkability to everything with several dining options and a great outdoor bar/live music venue just nearby ( bar with excellent sandwiches and very nice service. “Asian station” very tasty and a balcony with views of trains ). Fridge/free water.. No frills but very good value.

All good though the air conditioning was pretty loud it did work which was a blessing.
