Spacious apartment, very convenient, nice view. Wonderful lap pool. Beautiful staff. This would have been a 8 or 9, but: Having been in hotel management myself, I cannot muster any level of appreciation for a less-than-polite communication (in the booking.com chat), which turned accusatory and sarcastic after the administration accidentally recognized they made an error with our reservation. That's not acceptable.
Regarding the apartment (108) itself, if anything, the AC in the bedroom is a little loud if you're sensitive to noise, but manageable with ear plugs. All else was lovely.
