Welcome to our stunning beachfront apartment in Puerto Aventuras! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers a truly memorable vacation experience. Located right on the beach, you'll have direct access to the crystal-clear waters and soft sandy shores.
Step inside and be greeted by an inviting living space, tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a perfect gathering spot for friends and family. The living room features comfortable seating where you can relax and enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It boasts ample counter space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or take advantage of the lovely weather and dine al fresco on the private balcony.
The apartment features two beautifully furnished bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful retreat. The master bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two cozy full beds. Both bedrooms have ample storage space for your belongings and come with their own private bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.
As a guest, you'll have access to a shared swimming pool just steps away from the apartment. Take a refreshing dip, soak up the sun on the poolside loungers, or simply unwind with a good book under the shade of the palm trees.
Beyond the apartment, Puerto Aventuras offers a variety of activities to explore. Visit the nearby marina, embark on snorkeling or diving adventures to discover the vibrant underwater world, or simply stroll along the picturesque streets filled with shops, restaurants, and cafes.
There are more activities available in Puerto Aventuras than any other community on the 75-mile stretch known as the Riviera Maya. Puerto Aventuras is the only marina between Cancun, Mexico and Belize that offers boaters all services for vessels up to 150 feet, including sailboats and catamarans. It is considered the “center for sport fishing in the Riviera Maya.” Visitors to Puerto Aventuras can rent boats or go on charters to many destinations including, but not limited to the islands of Mujeres, Cozumel, Contoy, and Holbox, as well as the coast of Belize and many other places in the Caribbean.
** Please note that the washer and dryer in the unit are currently out of service. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.**
● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**
● Please notice we only provide toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.
●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

We enjoyed our time in this unit in Chachalal. Fit our needs perfectly. Everything worked except for the BBQ. Hope it gets replaced! Very nicely decorated and functional. We plan to stay here again and again.

We love Puerto Aventuras and has stayed in many different rentals over the years. I think that we would have to say that this was our favorite!. The balcony had a beautiful view, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and had everything we could have needed provided.

I have stayed in many units in this complex and this is my favorite by far. Perfect location. Nice newer interior. Great concierge.
