La ubicación y la limpieza.
Para empezar nunca específica que es tercer piso el departamento y mucho menos que NO SIRVE EL ELEVADOR, lleve 2 personas de la tercera edad y sio muchísimo trabajo que suban y subir las maletas, su respuesta fue "ES ALGO QUE NO PODEMOS CONTROLAR". CUIDADO CON LA PISCINA, las losas todas rotas, mi hija se cortó los pies con miedo que se le infecte, por el precio no lo vale, la verdad...
