Lovely friendly house for family gathering with kids. Great garden for playing and exploring. Spacious house with books and games. Walking distance to lovely beaches and Botanical garden.
Some ceiling leaks in kitchen. It would be good to have some sun beds/stretchers to use in the garden. The baboons were very assertive and raided us twice.

Easy to live in home, lots of windows and natural light, nice private garden with small "forest", well equipped kitchen, great outside braai are and pizza oven, close to botanical gardens, hikes and the ocean.
Lounge furniture and outside furniture quite "tired" and in need of upgrade and/or maintenance.
