Quiet, solitude, peacefulness.
Would be ideal to have some kind of screen / bush / trees between the 2 rooms for privacy.

Very good layout. Nice big open area which we used due to the wind blowing almost every day. Spent a lot of time on the pool table.
We enjoy a braai and would have enjoyed a proper braai. The weber did make up for it.
