Location was great for seeing Battle Abbey. Property was very clean and well equipped.

This was the best location ever for our family’s Christmas. The place is lovely, even better than what you see in the pictures: immaculately clean, warm and welcoming, with all the comforts of your home away from home. It was cold outside during our time there so we did’t get to use the outdoors area much but what a gem of an accommodation! Beautiful, calm setting and surroundings. The historic town of Battle is a short drive/walk away and the train station connects you to London in about 1hr or so. There is so much to see and do in the area. The host was also so kind and we totally appreciated all the little touches that had been added and that made our stay even more special, including a lovely Christmas tree. I would absolutely recommend booking the Granary, I’m already plotting a comeback some other time soon.
