Great option for larger families or groups in Prague wanting multiple bedrooms of a good size. Quiet suburban area. Perfect for those with their own transport.
I wouldn't recommend for those relying on public transport. It is too far out of Prague centre. You need to catch multiple bus/train options to get to centre which takes nearly 1hr and are infrequent from the houses area. We spent quite a bit using Ubers instead due to young family. This is the same issue if looking to day trip elsewhere by train. Takes just as long to get to central train station. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and a 20 minute walk to a large supermarket. You just need to explore. House needs a bottle opener.

The Villa is great, A lot of space for the whole family. It basically have everything you need for a comfortable stay so I was really satisfied. The owner always responded any complaint or request in almost no time.
- If you plan to cook daily, you will miss some kitchen utilities - there are basically just knife, cutting bored, few pans and pots. Anything else you better to bring by yourself.
- Some things are run down like the sofa but we managed it, it shouldn't bother you to much.

It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The host was extremely cooperative, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. I truly appreciate their efforts in preparing such a beautiful home in a great location. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality and the wonderful stay.
