There was a supervisor at the building entrance who was helpful. Apart from that, the manager was very helpful.
I thought they were going to clean the room.

We felt the location was great close to supermarket, eateries, shops
How difficult it was to enter the street gates a person from the premises helped us and also a bit dicey to open the door to the apartment. Kitchen facilities were poor Eg no sharp knife no scissors and worst of all there was only 1 mug so pretty poor.
