the only things I would rate positively are that the apartment is spacious, it is close to the metro, and the street has many shops.

However, I am very disappointed because the heating is completely poorly regulated. It turns on early in the morning and probably during the day, but in the evening it becomes extremely cold — cold enough that your feet freeze, and slippers would be necessary. The heating cannot be adjusted, which is a major problem. The apartment is also very humid. When I took my jeans out of the closet they felt damp, and a sweater left to dry on the radiator took about a day and a half to dry. The bed is terrible — when two people sleep on it, it creaks, cracks, and moves constantly. There are no extra bed linens available, for example if one person wanted to sleep on the sofa. There is also no sound insulation at all; you can hear everything from the stairwell and outside. The apartment is quite dark even when the shutters are opened. Additionally, the shower curtain is not hygienic — the bottom part is even yellowed. Usually I am quite positive when staying in apartments, but in this case the cold and humidity were unbearable, as well as sleeping in the creaking bed, which made it impossible to properly rest.
