Un apartament superb (exact ca in poze), foarte bine utilat, cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil. Gazda a fost extrem de atentă la nevoile noastre, foarte amabilă și comunicativă, fiind mereu disponibilă să ne ajute. Ne-am simțit excelent și recomandăm cu drag această locație!

Nu pot spune ca nu ne-a placut ceva legat de proprietate, insa am constatat ca taxa de oras nu era inclusa in pretul cazarii, nefiind mentionat in suma totala a rezervarii. Aceasta se achita cand se face check-in-ul on-line.

Przestronny ładny apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony.

Apartament confortabil, curat, spațios. Ajungi ușor in centru si la Gara Centrală.

The location was good and it was a nice apartment.

1. Not clean - table tops and dish washer. 2. Not enough necessary supplies - kitchen towel, laundry detergent, dish washing liquid (due to the dishwasher was not clean to be in an operational state, bad smell coming out from the washed dishes), only one chopping board, no bread knife. Some items were addressed the next day. 3. Structure a) Kitchen exhaust fan not properly connected outward, leading to cooking fumes stayed in the apartment. b) No hazard sign to warn about the raised master bedroom bathroom floor. c) No separate exhaust fan from master bedroom bathroom. Only one window opened to the other bathroom for air exchanges. d) No power outlet with USB and c sockets. e) Mosquito net of the master bedroom window and bathroom window in master bedroom could not be operated. Therefore the wooden blinds outside could not be shut properly. 4. Poor communication a) Staff responses - this is the worst, I have communicated mainly through whatsapp on a daily basis, and they were either not understanding or being defensive with poor attitude to customer service. Need to review and train properly. Please review the whatsapp communication throughout the stay. b) Have not done enough to manage expectations . The "inadequacies" could have been mentioned upfront to manage expectations of the guests.
