La ubicación y las comodidades. Muy bien decorado y nuevo.

Está todo muy nuevo y es muy acogedor. Hay TV y aire acondicionado en todas las estancias.
Por poner algo, eché de menos unos estores en el salón pero nada grave. El aparcamiento más cercano está a 10 minutos andando lo cual es un poco rollo si hace 40° y vas con maletas, a cambio estás muy cerquita de la catedral.

Que tuviera prácticamente de todo, lavadora, secadora utensilios de cocina, etc. Los dos aires acondicionados mantienen una temperatura ideal
La distribución, la cama está a una altura diferente te pegas el día subiendo y bajando escaleras. La cama estaba como hundida por el medio y costaba descansar. El apartamento es muy pequeño. La mitad de utensilios de cocina no funcionaban para la vitro de inducción. Las cafeteras ninguna funcionaba correctamente, la italiana no era de inducción y la de cápsulas Vertuo no había forma de encontrar tienda que las vendiese. El precio muy caro para lo que ofrece
