Location was good, staff was very responsive and helpful, WiFi was reliable
Could’ve been a bit cleaner, bathroom had a really small sink and shower had no curtains or door so water would get on the bathroom floor

The location was close to tube station. Easy to access. Host was very contactable. Bed comfy.
The location was very loud. If you are a light sleeper it would be difficult to sleep. Woken early in the morning by children. It is quite tight for a group of people.

Great location, very accessible and secure apartment.
Not enough towels for longer stays
Bathroom was a bit naff - loose taps, no storage for toiletries so everything was on the floor
Pillows were all huge
