Pet Friendly Condo near Loon with AC and Passes to Loon Club pool

Great location, very short distance to Loon, plenty of space.

The condo was perfect - it was large and comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of TV's (not that we had time to watch TV), large bathrooms and a nice washer and dryer. The location was also perfect. We stayed here in September for Hiking and all of the main trails we wanted to hike were 10-15 minutes away. Had we been here for skiing, Loon Mtn was only 3 minutes away and there were several shuttle bus stops in the development. Overall, it was a great stay

The curtains in the bedrooms aren't dark enough - especially the one upstairs. There were spotlights on the condo next door that shone through our windows and impacted our sleep.

Key code entry worked perfectly. Location was excellent for accessing trailheads around Lincoln/Kancamagus Hwy. Very pet-friendly area - poop bags and bins located around the condo complex. Kitchen was very well-appointed with the exception of the lack of a corkscrew, but that problem was solved by a Swiss Army knife. Lots of dishware and cookware and appliances. 5 levels with bedrooms and bath on levels 1 and 5 so lots of spaces to be together or apart as everyone in the group might prefer. Level 1 : bunk room, queen BR, full bath, laundry Level 2: entry landing, mudroom Level 3: kitchen, LR, DR Level 4: sitting area Level 5: BR, full bath We had a dog with issues with stairs, so future renters should make note of that before renting.

A dishwasher full of dirty dishes was there on our arrival.
