About this house rental

A three bedroom with loft townhouse at Alpine Village. Enter to the living room with TV/DVD, gas fireplace and air conditioning from the dining area. Off the living room is a full bath and the primary bedroom with queen bed, air conditioning and flat screen television. Also on this level is the dining area, full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer. On the upper floor are two bedrooms, a full bath and an open sleeping loft. One bedroom offers a queen bed, air conditioning and flat screen television, the second bedroom has two twin beds and the sleeping loft holds a twin bed with twin trundle.

Enjoy your membership in The Nordic Inn Club. Indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, co-ed dry sauna, and fitness room. (Nordic is approximately 2.6 mi drive)

Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's and the Pemi Public House. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.


Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses have only one allotted parking space. There is overflow parking within the development. Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $50 + tax one time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed. (small dogs only please) The Nordic Inn pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
Alpine Village does not offer ski shuttle service.

This is a 'get in where you fit in' place. Only allows parking for one vehicle while able to sleep eight, something to be mindful of. Everything was reasonably clean, check-in and check-out procedures were a breeze. Only 5-8 minutes from just about anything in the area you'd like to do. The only negative for me: it's run by a reservation company. We try to support mom & pop places first, and they wait till you book to inform you that they're not (by that point the reservation cannot be cancelled). This didn't necessarily change the quality of the location, but for many it may matter.

We loved this house! It was very cozy and a quick drive to everything we wanted. The bedrooms were spacious, everything was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We also loved the coziness of the fireplace, which is controlled by remote. The pool and hot tub access were nice and only a short drive away, though we wished the hot tub was on site for better privacy and ease of use. We had a little difficulty with the WiFi but just ended up joining the general guest open WiFi, which was good enough for us.

This was a lovely property. It was very spacious, clean, and pet friendly. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was more than happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:It was great!
