Not as advertised

We enjoyed the view from the villa and the closeness to the beach and bars/restaurants

Having arrived the first day the pool was cleanish, however before getting a chance to get in, the next day it had turned a dirty brown colour which it stayed for the rest of our visit despite having notified the landlady twice, she said it would be cleaned but it was still not rectified by the time we left (10 days), the surrounding area around the pool was also very messy. The bathroom wasn't very private as it has big frosted glass doors facing on to the main walkway which can be seen through quite easily. The toilet was stained and the taps would quite often give out brown water and the shower was either cold or too hot to get in. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room wasn't very clean either. Upon arriving we also had to give a 3000 baht deposit which we weren't aware of and we also had to pay for electricity which ended up costing 3031 baht which in my opinion should just be included in the booking price as the landlady seemed to know it would end up costing around that much for the length of our stay. The listing also stated there would be a smart TV within the property however there wasn't one. The stairs up to the second floor also didn't feel very stable and the handles for the bedroom doors almost came off in your hands when opening them. To top it all off there was lots of building work going on nearby. After all stated above I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect place for a girls weekend

The property was AMAZING. We were a group of 5 girls on a weekend away and it was perfect for coffee on the outdoor couches in the morning, wines and dinner on the outdoor dining area in the evening, movie nights on the TV and lounging around the pool during the day :) It's within walking distance from cafes, yawee (!!) and 7/11, we walked to relaxed beach from here in about 15 minutes.

Some of the pillows are a bit firm. But otherwise everything was top tier :)

La piscine est agréable, bien qu’elle soit très très chaude au vu de sa taille et de la chaleur. Les lits sont conforts. Je remercie Chin (la personne qui est présente pour vous sur place) qui a fait de son mieux pour régler les problèmes d’eau marron que nous avons eu.

La villa n’est pas comme sur les photos, les équipements sont assez vétustes et des endroits sont sales (le sol dans plusieurs pièces et les salles de bain). La wifi fonctionne très mal, nous avons du se faire des partages de connexion pendant 5 jours. Les managers vous indiquent seulement après la réservation que vous devrez payer l’électricité. Idem pour la caution de 3000 baht qui est demandé en cash dès l’arrivée. Les salles de bain ne sont pas du tout comme sur les photos (vétustes et sales). De plus, il y avait une fuite sous le robinet. Il est indiqué vue mer, mais la mer n’est pas aussi proche que sur la description. Et au vu des problèmes rencontrés dans la maison (pas d’eau claire ou pas d’eau pendant 5 jours), les managers n’ont pas su gérer le problème. On nous a dit qu’on nous rembourserait et après plus d’un mois, aucun remboursement n’est effectué et ils refusent de payer. Je trouve ça aberrant et je vous souhaite de n’avoir aucun problème de ce genre avec eux, sinon vous ne reverrez plus jamais votre argent.

Schimmelgeruch

Ausstattung, Lage

Wir haben zu dritt das Haus ohne Pool gemietet. Das gesamte Haus wies einen deutlichen Schimmelgeruch auf, der insbesondere in den Schlafräumen sehr unangenehm ist. Wir haben den Vermieter auf dieses Problem hingewiesen, aber anstatt einer Lösung wurden wir lediglich aufgefordert, die Klimaanlage einzuschalten und Fotos als Beweise zu senden, was uns völlig unverständlich erscheint, da es sich um ein Geruchsproblem handelt. Selbst mit laufender Klimaanlage verbesserte sich die Luftqualität kaum. Insgesamt entspricht die Unterkunft nicht dem, was wir für den Preis erwartet haben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht.
