The wonderful neighborhood, the building and the apartment is full of charm and character, the host is responsive and helpful
This is not something I dislike, but more like something to consider: being a heritage property, there are of course some unpredictable things like the lift being out of service - if something like this is crucial to you, or you are not very flexible in your needs, this is something to think about

La posizione, il quartiere, disponibilità del proprietario.
La pulizia era sicuramente stata fatta, ma per i miei standard nn era molto accurata (angoli in bagno non puliti, dietro i sanitari molta polvere, lavandino in cucina con segni di calcare). Cucina e bagno molto datati. Pavimenti necessitano di una bella lucidatura. Biancheria (sia lenzuola e sia asciugamano) oltre che non stirata, non profumata che quindi non dà quell’impressione di pulito come una struttura ricettiva dovrebbe fare a mio avviso con la massima cura e con primaria importanza. Inoltre mi è sembrato inopportuno non trovare neanche 1 bottiglia d’acqua al nostro arrivo (tarda sera) e il sapone per le mani nel bagno vuoto!
