Big apartment in a nice neighborhood

Clean apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Perfect for larger groups like 10 persons Fruits basket as a welcoming gift was a nice surprise.

Noisy doors No natural light inside the bedrooms No windows at the bedrooms so you can’t get fresh air The apartment is in the basement so -1 Check out at 10 and then if we needed 20 Min longer we got a lot of stress from Patricia, including Italian swearing , I think this was very unnecessary .

Amazing apartment that actually includes everything needed for a perfect stay. It was extremely clean and cosy with toiletries, towels, tea, coffee, salt, etc. Patrizia (the host) is just amazing.

The only thing that could be better is the kitchenette. It definitely has everything you need and very clean, but really small. It was less convenient to actually cook.

Excellent-do book !!!

It was sparkly clean and the layout of the apartment was interesting and spacious. The property wasn’t close to all major attractions but that did not matter since the owner told us how to hop on a bus which brought us to exactly where we wanted to go. The cleanliness is next level..such we had stayed here longer! Huge private dining hall .. such a big bonus and a fruit bowl awaited us. Perfection.

Misleading description, very disappointed: lower ground floor no sunlight and no windows in bedrooms

The location

The place is on a lower ground floor, it's humid and doesn't get much sunlight. Moreover the "bedrooms" don't have windows but a door to a communal area that has windows. There are 1.5 bathrooms not 2 like in the description - i.e. one bathroom only has a toilet and a sink (no shower nor bath). From one of the "bedrooms" we could clearly hear the kitchen in the flat next door (entire conversations and noises). Since I wasn't happy I asked gently to amend my booking and leave earlier but in the end I had to pay a hefty cancellation fee.

Superb

The size of the place is great. The standard photos do not do it justice. Great for families. Very good location, quiet area, very cosy. Each room has air-conditioning with a TV. A large eating area, kitchen separate with everything you would need, fridge, microwave and more. Will definitely book again, the host was great.

clean, great location, spacious with nice amenities

property was fine, clean and spacious with several nice amenities such as water and snacks. lots of rules (had to turn AC off by midnight) and we could not get in until 4:30 pm after a long day of travel

Owner lady was very kind and helpful. She arranged parking for us. Assured us for support for any issue. House has every facility. (Small kitchen , washing machine , coffee maker etc.)

Although it is a quite neighbourhood , especially after 22:00 , from early morning every noise in the building and in the parking lot behind the flat are directly in bedrooms. Because flat is in the basement only windows are in the eating area of the flat.

comfortable apartment in lovely neighbourhood

we had a lovely stay at Tata’s home, the host welcome us warmly and made sure everything we needed was there. the apartment was super clean and had lots of space. the neighbourhood is great: well connected but not touristic, close to villa borghese and with many local shops and restaurants.

the only thing to consider is that the apartment is half below ground (seminterrato), something you often see in Rome. but the apartment was still luminous thanks to windows facing the internal courtyard

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable.

Patrizia stocked the refrigerator with bacon, eggs, cheese, yoghurt, milk. On the table was a bowl of fresh fruit and various breads. Coffee and tea were available.

WIfi didn’t work in the kitchen area. But it was strong everywhere else. Please be aware that there are no windows in the bedrooms, but all the interior doors have frosted glass, 10 and 15 panes, so lighting was not a problem.

A fost un sejur minunat, doamna Patrizia ne-a primit cu căldură și s-a asigurat că tot ce aveam nevoie este acolo. Am primit cozonac , si un mare platou de fructe( multumim).Gazda este disponibila si atenta la nevoile clientului, ne-a oferit detalii amanuntite despre itinerariu, cu ce sa ne deplasam si despre restaurantele care se afla in apropierea cazarii. Apartamentul era super curat si avea mult spatiu, aproape de vila borghese si cu multe magazine si restaurante locale. Apartamentul este mare, curat si bine organizat; ideal pentru o familie numeroasă sau un grup de prieteni. Grazie, signora Patrizia!
