Charming and Modern Retreat in Vancouver Trendy 42nd Avenue Neighbourhood

This stay definitely exceeded our expectations! The location was excellent, the house was spotless and very well maintained, the check-in process was seamless, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made the entire experience effortless. We would absolutely stay here again!

Street parking is readily available, and the neighborhood is quiet and feels very pleasant. Unfortunately, our car's passenger-side window was smashed overnight while parked on the street. Thankfully, nothing was stolen, but since it happened on a Sunday, we weren't able to get the window replaced right away. This was not the property's fault, and we really appreciated the host's quick response and willingness to help look for any nearby surveillance footage to assist with the police report.

Location is great, place is very nice for medium-large group.

The address that is listed on the sitr does NOT match the actual address. This needs to be updated immediately, we went to wrong address and were late for dinner reservation.

Clean, modern, as pictured.

Location was different than advertised. No on-site parking . Host refused to disclose even approximate location. We did not know location until 24 hours beforehand. This is not right.
