The deck and front and back gardens are stunning! It is so beautiful to just look out of windows or sit on the deck in afternoon sun.
It was too expensive for the quality of the house (which was very tired) and facilities on offer. For example, there was no BBQ. Also, while outer surfaces were clean, inside all cabinets were stained and hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
The location is good in terms of proximity to town centre, but it is in a hilly part of town so it is too hard to climb to the house, particularly with small children or elderly people.

The fans in the bedrooms only work when the lights are turned on.
