Pillows. And that's only because everything else was above and beyond a 10/10. Its not that they were terrible, its honestly the only thing I could give a 8/10 for!

Clean, really good layout, beds comfy, good kitchen
Different keys for each door ie 5 keys! No tissues provided No shelf in the shower for soap, etc The front door is heavy to open, you need to push really hard, we had to phone for help.
