Proximity to town centre, comfortable.

All tap washers need replacing as constant dripping. Property allows pets, however was evident that property needed better vacuuming as sneezed and coughed constantly when at home. Companion constantly had severe allergies to dog hair with bad running eyes.

Such a lovely cottage right off the main street in town - easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops including a Coles just 3 minutes up the street. Onsite parking under a porch if needed. The flat is spotless and has everything you need to be very comfortable, even for longer stays. The kitchen is well stocked, there's a dedicated laundry room, the beds are very comfy with good blackout blinds to ensure a good night's sleep. Good aircon in the summer which was turned on for our arrival. A lovely little front verandah and outdoor dining make this cottage even more charming.

The location was excellent

The bathroom was very dated and tired. The shower head was broken. The beds were super uncomfortable.
