City new appartment

Чистая, светлая, современная квартира. С хоршим ремонтом, большим балконом, отопление, кондиционер, чистое постельное, удобная большая кровать, большие шкафы. До цента города мин 15-20. Такси ждать мин 5 max. На общественном трнспорте не ездили. В связи с определенными обстоятельствами , бронировали квартиру уже на месте за 2 часа до заселения. Заселились уже через час, к нашему приезду все было чисто и аккуратно. Хозяйка приветливая. В квартире есть все необходимое (чай, кофе, сахар, что приятно порадовало, не пришлось сразу бежать в магазин). Магазин через дорогу, не большой но все необходимое имеется. Большой магазин не далеко, через квартал.

Все отлично, Армине отличная хозяйка, встретила, все рассказала, плюс приятный Новогодний сюрприз поджидал нас в апартаментах. Спасибо большое, за гостиприимство!

The apartment has a modern renovation and is generally well equipped for a longer stay. It was clean upon arrival, and hygiene items were provided. The host was polite, responsive, and easy to reach, and we appreciated the flexibility with early check-in. Considering the area, it is not easy to find apartments with a modern interior, so in that sense this option stands out.

The main issues were related to payment and comfort. Payment was accepted only in cash, the host refused payment via the Booking platform, and the final amount ended up being higher than the original booking price, which was uncomfortable and unfair. During the first week, there was constant and very loud renovation noise, as the building is new and many apartments are still under construction, which we were not informed about in advance. There were also intermittent issues with gas and water, a clogged shower drain that caused flooding, some electrical issues in the bedroom, and the absence of a microwave.
