The studio's prime location near busy main streets does bring with it a slight noise concern. If you're someone who values tranquility, it might be a good idea to have earplugs on hand for a more peaceful stay.

The apartment was perfect for one or two people and provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The host, Armik and Elen, were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay, making sure that everything was taken care of. The apartment was located in a great area, with easy access to grocery stores and supermarkets just a few hundred meters away. This made it very convenient for me to pick up any supplies or necessities that I needed during my stay. The overall experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Yerevan.

It was nice and easy to move in ! Communication was great too and close to my gym.

Very clean, nice interior design, fast wifi, good location with shops nearby and not far from city center, all in all value for money.

The flat overlooks a wide street, therefore, somewhat noisy.
