The hostess is very welcoming, and there's 24/7 support via WhatsApp. The apartment is renovated and has everything you need for a long stay. Good wifi. Great location: a 15-minute walk to the metro and a 5-minute walk to the shopping center, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There were no water or power outages during the entire time, which is very valuable in Yerevan. :)
There was a slight smell of tobacco in the apartment, but over time we got used to it. There is a kindergarten in the yard, so during working hours it can be noisy in the apartment if someone values ​​silence for work. 😅

Хорошее расположение, недалеко от метро. Достаточно тихий, спальный район, где все есть - развязка, магазины, небольшие кафе. Понравилось состояние квартиры, нам было комфортно. Ключи получали бесконтактно, что тоже оказалось очень удобно. Остались всем довольны!
В целом все понравилось. 1 раз за неделю поездки отключали горячую воду, но это не зависит от хозяйки, поэтому скорее просто небольшая неприятность

Have all the facilities to feel comfort in the home.Near home have supermarket and bus station. We are thankful the owner of house for nice accomodating.
