    I can't begin to emphasise just now helpful the staff at xloft were. Not only did they try to help me out with refunds when I initially had to change travelling plans, they also very willingly offered me to use their phone when I had to call the airline to settle some hiccups. One of the staff even gave us his cookies to eat while we were busy settling our flight issues in the lobby! That aside, the hotel is really convenient and close to many attractions like the grand bazaar and blue mosque etc. Not to mention, it is within walking distance to the metro so we could easily take public transport around and it was also easy to get to the airport. The hotel itself was really comfortable too, would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Istanbul!

    location is walkable of sultanahmed attractions, make it pleasant stay since it is not in the busy roads. affordable and yummy food can be found nearby where locals got meals. staff is very helpful and friendly.

    Returned to the xloft after a year and the service was still excellent. The hotel is kept clean, room was very comfortably cozy. Every staff member at reception were always so warm and welcoming ,friendly and most helpful. I just loved my stay thank you to all.
