Great location close the main attractions. the staff are very kind and welcoming. The break fast is really good and the room is beeing cleaned daily. They also upgraded us to a confort room with a panoramic view on the city and the sea that was amazing

Around the corner from grand bazar and blue mosque is 10mins walk, tram is a minute walk and you can commute all over from there. Lots of restaurants and cafes for all budgets.
They catered for gluten free dietry requirements and the restaurant manager always gave more options at breakfast to ensure there was variety every morning at breakfast.
Room with atrium view can get noisy if windows are open as we were there during cooler months and the AC were not activated yet.
They will not give extra water and you have to buy it, there is a shop nextdoor and prices were very good.

The location
The 'spa' is just a pool that is too cold to be indoors and a sauna that only reaches 40°. The room is not very clean and there are no healthy options at breakfast other than fruit.
