Renoviertes neuwertiges Bad. Alles sauber. Gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Gute Lage, Parkplatz vorhanden. Bäcker nebenan.
Laut Anzeige sind es zwei Schlafzimmer. Das stimmt so nicht: Es ist 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Das macht einen großen Unterschied. Bitte in der Ausschreibung richtig kommunizieren. Kaffeemaschine war leider kaputt. Die „Klimaanlage“ der Ausschreibung ist ein sehr lautes Klimagerät im Schlafzimmer. So passt die Beschreibung leider nicht zur Realität und die Erwartung wird nicht erfüllt. Dabei ist die Wohnung an sich ok.

Eine sehr moderne Ferienwohnung, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ordentlich und sauber gewesen, ein Bäcker befindet sich ebenfalls direkt gegenüber. Die Innenstadt von Ludwigsburg ist bequem auch Fußläufig zu erreichen.
Man muss tatsächlich sagen, wenn man das Haus von außen sieht und ins Treppenhaus reinkommt erwartet man nicht so eine Ferienwohnung. Unsere Zweifel waren aber nach dem wir die Wohnung betreten haben verflogen.
