The apartment is very spacious and has wonderful views of the city. Ludwigsburg Palace is the next block over and certainly worth a visit. Local restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores area ll within walking distance. There were plenty of sleeping options for our family of five. We had a vehicle and there was a parking garage just across the street.

The stairs to get up to the apartment are very narrow. I would not recommend this apartment if you have trouble with stairs. We kept our windows open in the evening since there is no a/c. Unfortunately the tenants below our apartment were smokers and the smoke would come directly up into our apartment windows. It made it difficult to keep the windows open, which we needed in order to cool down the apartment. Also, the shower is almost not usable. It leaks profusely onto the floor. There is also only 1 couch that fits two people in the entire apartment. One of the beds could come out of the apartment and there could be another couch.

Great location. The apartment is beautiful, looks like new, it’s very bright, clean and has a nice balcony. The radio in the bathroom was a nice touch.

We paid for an apartment with private parking included in the price ( they had a cheaper apartment listed, but we chose this specific one because of the parking space). We ended up paying for the parking house, because their private parking was already taken. Also, their contact person in Ludwigsburg never responded to my messages. The owner insisted was very responsive and replied immediately.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe des Schlosses gelegen. Durch das viele Holz ist die Wohnung sehr warm und gemütlich. Über die Häuserdächer hat man vom Wohnzimmer einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Wald und man sieht sogar den Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung bietet reichlich Platz für fünf Leute und die gemütliche Couch und die Kaffeemaschine (mit Kaffee!!) sind nur ein Paar der Extras über die wir uns freuen durften. Ein besonderer Dank geht auch raus an Frau Pflugfelder, die mit beachtenswerter Konsistenz stets zu jeder Uhrzeit behilflich war.

Negatives haben wir nichts zu berichten.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist phantastisch, besonders die Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, zu den gastronomischen Angeboten und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zeichnet die Wohnung ebenso aus wie das große Platzangebot

Die Dachfenster sollten mit Rollos abzudunkeln sein
