Eine schöne, geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Das Zentrum sowie Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Der elektr. Check-In/Zugang hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar.

Für uns in einer top Lage, roch zwar stark nach Baustaub wegen der Fassade/des Flures, aber innen war die Wohnung schön und sauber.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und ok. Sie liegt sehr nah am Zentrum was das Einkaufen sehr leicht macht.
Treppenhaus sehr dreckig und überhaupt nicht einladend. Stinkt sehr stark nach Abfall. Die Wohnungstür direkt schließen sonst ist der Gestank in der Wohnung. Die Baustelle ist laut Bewertung schon ewig, da kann man auch mal den Besen in die Hand nehmen und dort putzen. Die Putzfrau hätte sich mehr Mühe geben müssen, auf dem Sofa Haare so wie die Toilette nicht richtig sauber. Die park Gebühren sind leider falsch angegeben, hab ihm Parkhaus 20€ am Tag bezahlt und nicht wie angeben 10€. Einladend wirkt es auf dem ersten Blick und Gestank nicht! Für den Preis sollte der erste Eindruck zählen!
