About this house rental
This lovely home is located in a beautiful neighborhood 2 miles from the Parkway near downtown Sevierville and 9 miles from Dollywood, just 3.2 miles from Sevierville Convention Center and Soaky Mountain. 2 miles from the fairgrounds. Up to 8 guests max can stay comfortably with 2 king bedrooms and 2 queen couch beds in the large living room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a tub and shower combo and one with a large shower with a handrail. Large living room with ample seating and a beautiful see-through gas fireplace. There are 4 TVs with cable, including ESPN and Roku streaming. If you wish to cook, there is a full kitchen with an electric stove, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator with ice and water. There is also a gas grill on the deck for your convenience. The dining room has a large farm table and is next to the fireplace. Have your coffee on the beautiful tranquil decks or sunroom and enjoy the lush trees. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the gas firepit. There is also a game room with a reclining couch to watch tv. Pac Man arcade game, ping pong table, lego table with legos to build and some games and toys are also provided. Game room has a window a/c and plug in electric heater. There is a seasonal pool and towels are provided. Many activities and restaurants located in our beautiful area as well as the Smoky Mountains.!!

The home was decorated nicely. Warm and cozy feeling. Plenty of space. Neighborhood was beautiful. Would highly recommend this rental. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

This was the cutest little house! Great for families. My kids were obsessed with the game room. We were in town for a dance competition and we opted to split this house instead of each getting a hotel room. It was spacious and we didn't feel cramped at all. My family even praised me for picking out such a great house to stay in! It was clean and they even had some basic necessities out for us such as dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, coffee filters and creamers. That was a nice touch because I have stayed at several places that didn't even provide any paper towels or toilet paper, let alone anything extra. 5/5 I would stay here again!

We have stayed in the house multiple times and it has always been perfect and this was no different. One small hiccup when we got to the house but the owner texted me from their vacation in Italy to fix it. Could not recommend a better place.

This is the second time we have stayed in the house. It is perfect for my family. It is clean and neat. Everything is ready to go. Host is awesome to work with. Very attentive but I have not ever had any problems.
