About this house rental

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Iowa State University, Campustown, Jack Trice, or Hilton Coliseum are all within 1 mile walking distance from here. Only a short distance to the north both Brookside park and Furman aquatic center can be found. Historic downtown Ames is not too far away where you can find restaurants, shops, and businesses.

Originally built in 1914 this historic yet modern home features beautiful craftsmen style wood work with updated features. At 2,225 sq. ft. this 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath home offers all the amenities, fully functional kitchen, main floor laundry and 2 car detached garage.
