House is as described and well appointed. Off street parking was definitely appreciated. While close to downtown, it is about a mile walk to historic downtown/riverfront. Something to consider if you have folks that are not able to walk that far.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was comfortable with updated amenities. Five of us stayed the weekend. We had coffee out on the back patio Saturday and later enjoyed the afternoon/evening out there as well. Nice older home, about 15 minutes walk from downtown Front Street.

This is a truly unique property feature a mixture of historic architecture and modern features. We enjoyed every minute of our time in the residence and will definitely return.
