**Accommodations:**
Bedrooms: The primary suite features a plush king bed, while the second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, and the third bedroom offers a cozy full-size bed. The property comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with additional sleeping available on the futon in the office for an extra guest or a child. (The futon is nearly 5ft long)

Bathrooms: Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms and a stylish half bath on the main floor.

**Living Spaces:**
Unwind in one of the two inviting living areas, where you can relax after a day of exploring. The main floor showcases an open-concept design that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. There is a TV in both living areas. You can use your personal accounts to stream your favorite movies and shows. Enjoy a game of Shuffleboard with each other.

**Kitchen & Dining:**
The fully equipped kitchen is a delight, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space. There is a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Gather around the dining table that seats up to six for memorable meals together. There is also additional counter seating for 3 at the kitchen island.

**Outdoor Amenities:**
Step outside to your private outdoor balcony, perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening sunsets. The bottom patio area, complete with two Adirondack chairs, invites you to soak in the serene surroundings. For water enthusiasts, the property offers first-come, first-served shared boat slips with easy access via ladders for swimming access. We offer two paddleboards w/paddles for guests to use.

**Community Features:**
Take a dip in the community inground pool, just steps away from your doorstep. The pool is seasonal only. A key will be provided to guests for access. We do not allow any other visitors at the pool area. There is a community grill located at the Clubhouse pool area that guests are allowed to use.

Located just minutes from a variety of restaurants and grocery stores, Blue Heron Escape offers the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience. Blue Heron Escape is in a prime location on the lake! Publix is minutes away, along with dining and shopping options.

**Important Notes:**
Maximum occupancy of 8 guests, including children. No visitors are allowed if it exceeds a total of 8 guests at the property any given time.
Sleeps 6 in beds. There is a smaller futon in the office for additional sleeping.
Limit of 3 vehicles for parking.
This is not a pet friendly home. (No exceptions)
