There is plenty of space to sleep a large group and enjoy your time together, with two family rooms, a large kitchen, a downstairs TV/game room, and plenty of beds. We loved it, we only was able to use the top two floors, which wasn't a problem, we had enough room to accommodate us. We had to leave a day early because of sickness.
