Spacious and new construction 3-bedroom Lakefront Townhome on Lake Oconee!
Nestled on Lake Oconee in Blue Heron Cove, this delightful townhome is the perfect retreat for guests seeking a soothing and excellent vacation experience. With 3 charming bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds, this cozy property offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere with Great Lake views, lake access, and community boat slips .
This new construction Townhome is on three levels and spaciously designed to accommodate 3-4 couples or families of 4-8.
Enter through the front door with a direct view on the lake and cove. Dining room seats 8 for group meals or game night. Kitchen features all new appliances, two-door fridge/freezer with ice maker, Keurig k-cup and drip coffee maker, Vitamix, Kitchen-aid stand mixer, and table service for 8. The main living room, which is bright and tastefully decorated, features a 65" LG Smart TV with SONOS ARC sound system for rainy days, game days, or late nights. Step out on the deck and enjoy the high Adirondack chairs with a nice long view of the lake and water activities. Gas grill and a hightop teak table with stools are for your enjoyment.
The upper level hosts 3 bedrooms. A beautiful, large, Master Suite with a large King Bed, dressers, walk-in closet, and master bath. The two other bedrooms, a Full bedroom and a Twin bedroom, shares the hall bath. Bathroom amenities, such as a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer, soaps, extra linens, ensure that guests have everything they need for a relaxing stay. The laundry room is also located on the upper level and has what you need to run a few loads of laundry after a day on the lake.
The Terrace level is home to a very large family room with another 55" Smart TV with Bose sound system, games, puzzles, cards, and more, that opens out onto the patio with a direct walk down to the lake and docks. An Office with a full bed is delightful as extra sleeping arrangements. You will find it very cozy and well-appointed. A storage closet holds lake towels and any of your extras that need to be put away, like fishing poles and lake floats.
Across the cove you will find Young Harris and Oconee Wild Watersports for all your lake fun rental needs; boats, tubes, jet skis, kayaks, etc. Enjoy the live music at the Lake House right from your own deck on Friday and Saturday nights, or head on over and get a front row table! Just down the street is Bruzze Brewery for craft beer, food trucks, and often, game nights. Across the main road is Lake Oconee Bistro, and Silver Moon just down the road, both hot spots for social life and good food and drink. If you prefer to dine in, Publix is just 5 minutes away, and Instacart is available if you don't feel like leaving your vacation home.

Great new property right on the water! Floor plan was excellent for two families. We had all the amenities we needed and enjoyed the boat rentals right outside of the unit. Would definitely return! Thanks :)
