Pets allowed. Direct lake access supports swimming boating tubing and jet skiing with restaurants and shopping nearby.
*This three bedroom three bath Lake Oconee waterfront home accommodates up to eight guests and features big water views with direct access from a large private dock suited for swimming, boating, tubing, and jet skiing. A large, private, perfectly shaded yard creates a comfortable outdoor setting throughout the day.
Outdoor living includes a screened porch, deck with grill, and a fire pit positioned near the water for evenings outside. The shaded lawn and lakefront setting provide space for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time near the shoreline.
Inside, the home offers a large kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces, and indoor entertainment including a ping pong table and family games. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms provide flexibility and convenience for families and small groups.
Pets are allowed, making it easy to bring dogs along while enjoying the outdoor space and waterfront setting.
Located on Lake Oconee, the home offers convenient access to nearby restaurants, grocery options, and local lake recreation while maintaining a private waterfront setting with wide water views.

No Fireworks on the property EVER
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 8 guest total on property at ANYTIME.
No diving off the dock.
We do monitor our ring outdoor camera.
We do enforce our house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed.
Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.

We had a great time with my family of all boys. The ping pong table was a hi since it rained almost every day. The view is stunning and the Master Bedroom away from the kids is great! We highly recommend the property, we were 8 in total and a Husky.

We had such an amazing first experience on beautiful Lake Oconee. This home was absolutely perfect for our family! It was very clean, had three nice bedrooms (all with tvs), three bathrooms, a well-maintained private boat dock, lots of family games for rainy afternoons, a large kitchen, and even allowed our chocolate lab to stay. As a bonus, the host was quick to respond and let us know everything we needed to know in advance. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this lake home!
