About this house rental
Our house is luxurious with unobstructed lake views - Built to enjoy a weekend getaway or a week-long vacation. Dog friendly with a BIG yard to play in and located on a protected cove away from boat traffic, yet only 5 miles from the Publix plaza, movie theatre, etc.
Two large screen TV's in the great room - 50" LCD in game room area with Xbox capabilities and a 65" TV for the main living 42" in the kids bunk room; great for the kids! Smart TVs in 3 of the other bedrooms as well for on demand streaming.
Three King beds (1 upstairs and 2 downstairs); Kids bunk room upstairs has a Queen over Queen bunk bed that sleeps up to 4; as well as 2 Twin beds. There is a 5th bonus bedroom with a Queen bed (accessible through the kids bunk room); a Queen sofa bed in game room area; and 2 Queen size air mattresses if needed. Each King bedroom has its own a private bathroom, while the kids bunk room and the bonus 5th bedroom share a bath, for a total of 4 bathrooms. Our home sleeps 14 guests in beds (not including sofa bed) and we permit up to 16 guests max (in case you have a few extra little ones as well).
The awesome kitchen is open concept so you can be a part of the group and see the lake while whipping up dinner. It has all stainless appliances, including a gas stove top and double oven. Granite and quartz counter tops and wood floors throughout. Adults can enjoy the gigantic deck with a fantastic view of the lake while the kids watch tv or play ping pong inside. There is even a hammock on the deck too. Perfect for afternoon cat naps after a day on the lake.
The lake side of the house has private dock for your boat, a 50-foot sandy beach (rare at the lake) in the backyard for super easy access to floating and swimming in the lake. The enormous flat level grass yard is perfect for throwing the football or Frisbee around. There is also a full-size grass volleyball / badminton area in the side yard.
Public boat ramp less than 1.5 miles from home - bring your Boat or PWC and tie it up to the dock for the week and enjoy the fantastic fishing and boating offered on Lake Oconee. Parking for one boat trailer is available in driveway.
Multiple golf courses are in the area, Great Waters and Reynolds Landing are two favorites...
House is located next to a wooded area on its own 1 1/2-acre lot, and the water is very private on a cove and is perfect for skiing, tubing, and floating!

This house accommodated our extended family of 14. The house was clean, well maintained, and as represented on the listing. The spacious front deck was a popular morning and evening spot for our group.The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, arcade, and fishing off the dock. We were able to rent a boat for the week from a nearby Marina and keep at the dock of the property which allowed us to tour the lake and tube with the kids.The house has modern touches throughout with a huge island in the kitchen. The extra fridge upstairs was also convenient. The property is located only a few minutes away from the grocery store and local restaurants. I would highly recommend this property for families traveling with kids and teenagers. The property owners were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The location of this house is excellent less than 10 minutes from a Publix and some nice restaurants and yet it has a feeling of isolation and peace and quiet. Easy access to the lake flat backyard a sand beach the house fit our family perfectly there were three master bedrooms with eOn suite bathrooms, plus the bunk room plus one small bedroom off of the bunk room with a Queen bed in it. A bathroom for the bunk room and a half bathroom downstairs a nice ping-pong table plenty of kitchen utensils and a beautiful back porch with ceiling fans to enjoy the view. We had a little dilemma in the beginning the hose to the gas grill had been chewed to pieces by a squirrel, and the stove would not heat to temperature. The owners communicated effectively and had repair people out there the first of the week to take care of it. We were forced to go out to dinner the second night because we had nothing that worked to cook on, and they very graciously reimbursed us for the cost of the dinner

Loved the wonderfully decorated and furnished lake home with a fabulous view of Lake Oconee! Everything was clean and pristine but also comfortable. Large deck, fabulous yard, lovely sandy beach and fun dock with comfy chairs. Everyone loved it and will rent again!
