The Mod Lodge is a charming, tiny home and a cozy mountain escape. The loft features a king bed and a TV. On the main level, there is a well-appointed bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Additional amenities include WiFi, a mini-split on the main level, and a washer and dryer. Two dogs are welcome with your reservation. Additional pet fees will apply. The home access is via a short, steep gravel driveway. AWD or 4WD, along with chains, is recommended for winter travelers.

We loved our stay. Very comfortable for the two of us. We loved the proximity to our favorite places and would stay again.My only suggestion would be more than 2 bath towels.

We spent the weekend with our dogs at the mod shack to escape the Charlotte heat! The place was perfect for our needs. Perfect location for exploring Boone blowing Rock and access to the parkway.

I loved the interior decor!! We used the outside firepit every night and most mornings while sipping on coffee. So close to Boone, Blowing Rock, Sugar Mtn, the parkway, everything! The house had everything we needed. It was absolutely perfect.
