About this cabin rental
Azalea Cabin is a one bedroom riverside cabin conveniently located in the heart of The High Country. A short six minute drive will take you to Downtown Blowing Rock where you will find local dining and shopping, in addition to the community park. Hop on the Blue Ridge Parkway, about five minutes from the cabin, for scenic overlooks and numerous hiking trails. Nestled in the mountains, this modern cabin seamlessly combines comfort and style. A striking stone fireplace anchors the living area, surrounded by inviting leather furniture. Large windows offer sweeping mountain views, blurring the lines between indoors and nature. Modern design touches, from the well-appointed kitchen to tasteful decor, create a cozy yet refined atmosphere.
We recommend snow chains and AWD/4WD during the winter in the High Country in case of inclement weather.
The property is located in the mountains, please be aware there may be wildlife in the area.
A refundable deposit of $250 per stay is required.

Nice cabin. The only thing off putting if the road noise!!! Otherwise, good. We had a glitch with the fire place that was quickly resolved.Thanks to our hosts!

The property was exactly where we wanted to be, away from town and surrounded by trees and a creek. Just a quiet time away from the busy days we are used to. Had some issues lighting the gas logs, but our host helped us out. Did not use the hot tub bc it needs some chemical treatment.

Visiting Blowing Rock in January to enjoy some snow. This cabin was close to Grandfather Mountain and Blowing Rock. We enjoyed a snowy walk around nearby, frozen Bass Lake. The cabin was chilly when we arrived, and the radiant floor heaters took a while to warm up the space. Unfortunately we couldn't get the gas fireplace on. The owner will be taking care of that after our visit. The cabin was easy to access, a good size for my partner and I and our little dog. I would recommwnd this location.

My fiancé and I came here for a romantic getaway. Upon arriving there were a couple of disconcerting things we found with this property. The exterior of the property was adorable, cozy, and quiet. The interior was a little outdated and not very clean. Also, there were some safety concerns regarding the back door being hard to close and it didn't lock. Unfortunately we decided to stay somewhere else, but the host, Dylan, was extremely understanding. He gave us a full refund, and assured us that those problems would be addressed and taken care of. We will definitely be giving these cabins another chance because we understand what it's like to own a small business and we love to support small businesses. And we really wanted that adorable cabin to work for us. Thanks, Dylan, for caring!
