About this house rental
Vacation like royalty in this two story, 5300 sq. ft. home in the heart of Blowing Rock with a clear view of Grandfather Mountain. Only minutes from Main Street, KingsView has a wealth of amenities. It offers 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a trundle daybed and cot to sleep 15. Very large game room with pool table, Foosball, ping pong, and card tables. Also offers Wi Fi, flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and a large video library. Washer & dryer, wood burning stove. Well behaved dogs welcome (sorry, no cats). This is a NON-SMOKING home.
As are most mountain homes, we have no air conditioning, however, the summer tempts are usually high 70's to low 80's dropping into the 60's at night for wonderful sleeping. All rooms have ceiling fans and we have movable floor fans available. Heat is controlled via in-room thermostats for those winter nights.

Kingsview has everything you need for your stay in BR. The kitchen is large and stocked with the basics. There is a large dining room, and a huge bonus room downstairs with entertainment and games. WiFi access was great so we could stream all our shows. The location is perfect - just 1/2 mile from Main St.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kings View, with the roomy house and plenty of bathrooms and hot water. I will say the house needs painted inside and we were concerned that the smoke detector didn't seem to work when we made the house smoky with an oven spill. But for the price it was very nice.
