Noise becomes an annoyance during odd hours of the day, such as early morning or late evening when most people are resting. Noise from television, stereo equipment, musical instruments, and people should be always kept at a minimum and especially during the hours of 11:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m.

The property was exactly as pictured and described. The owner allowed us to check in a little early as we arrived to SC from MD before the 4pm check in time. The owner responded promptly when I messaged her about a question and checked in on us afterwards. The community was quite but still close to lots of things like shops and restaurants. Make sure you know how to get around the draw bridge...it opens often and takes about 10min to let boats through before cars can pass again. Highly recommend a stay here!

We were the 1st guests at this new-to-market rental. The place is gorgeous with all the new furniture. The beds are so comfortable. The water views from the covered deck are fabulous. There are little extras like bedside charging blocks for electronics and one in the living room too. The kitchen is well stocked with all things plus an airfyer. They even have Beach chairs for your use. The place was immaculate. Its a convenient short drive to Cherry Grove beach and close to so many eating locations. We can not wait to come back.
