Experience Little River and the North Myrtle Beach area like a local in this marvelous, entertainment haven! This Intracoastal townhome has views of the water from the upper floors. The property also features a cozy living area with smart TV, gas fireplace, couch that makes into a queen bed and a twin day bed for extra sleeping space. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a couch, loveseat, bar area, darts, large flat, mounted TV, dining table, 1/2 bath, all on the first level. Head outside to enjoy the seating area with fireplace and an oversized hot tub! The Master bedroom is on the 2nd floor off of the kitchen area and features a large, comfortable King bed. The Third floor has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and 2 full baths with a tub shower combo. This home is 3 levels. There is no elevator access. There is also a reading nook with comfortable chair. Fall in love with Little River and the North Myrtle Beach area and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Pros:Very clean throughout the inside. Kitchen was equipped with great pans,utensils,dishes etc. new appliance's. Plenty of bedding and pillows. Easy access to beaches and local restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintainedCons: Two days prior to leaving, received text from property owner stating elevator is not up to code and can not be used.Honestly, a condo this size (3 stories/3,000sq ft) needs the elevator. It was ridiculous bringing luggage and groceries up and down flights of stairs. Laundry is on the 3rd floor. The grill and trash can next to it on patio was so filthy. flies were everywhere on the patio. We attempted to clean up the grill to use and even purchased bug candles (which we left there) to help when we were outside. We never used the grill because I didn’t want to carry plates of food up and down the stairs from the kitchen on the 2nd floor. The stair cases are all open too, no gates if you’re bringing small children.
