This Cozy home is the perfect retreat for families, friends, or anyone seeking a cozy getaway. Only 5 minutes away from the beach by car.

The Space:
Bright beach cottage, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Accommodate up to 8 guests. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
1st bedroom has Double bed
2nd bedroom with Double bed
3rd bedroom with Double bed
4th bedroom with 2 twin beds
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and smart TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*up to 4 parking spots in the driveway.
* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)
Other Things to Note:
*Please review ALL HOUSE RULES.
*Must climb stairs (to one of the bedrooms)
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*the house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

We all had a great time. The location was great because it was away from the traffic of Kings highway but close enough that it only took a few minutes to ride to all of the attractions. Plenty of room and space for us all including the back yard which came in handy. I would certainly consider coming back to this location next year!

The house was not only a great size, but the fenced yard was perfect for our two small dogs! The house & yard we’re exceptionally clean & the a/c was already set at the perfect, welcoming temp when we arrived. It was a hassle-free stay and the location was easy access to everything in the Myrtle Beach area. Added bonus: we felt very safe here.
