Great view. Nice pool. Its not a 2 br though - the kitchen dining area open concept includes a pull out bed as the 2nd "br". Also not allowed to park in driveway behind security gate. Rental agreement was sent day before our arrival (after we had already paid, so no option to opt-out) and required a signature. After signing, the agreement disappeared and could not be reviewed closer when we had more time.
