• Set on a quiet residential street near English Landing Marina on the San Sebastian River — waterfront views, plus Marina Munch food trucks and Jimmy Hula's restaurant a short drive away
• 1 mile from Historic Downtown St. Augustine — best reached by car or rideshare
• Beaches: 10–15 minute drive

• Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and towels — no rental shop run needed

Yes downtown st augustine was very close to the house. The house was very spacious and beautiful. It was a great time and we will definetly book again at the same location.
