Located on a quiet street with only four homes, which makes your stay even more private. We have an identical home located next door (Light & Bright), ask us about renting both homes.
**We are a Pet-Friendly property - We allow up to two dogs maximum. Pet fee is $189 for the entire stay** Must be approved by host**
>Master Bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, ensuite master bathroom (sleeps 2).
>Master Bathroom: Located in Master BD, shower/tub combo.
>Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet, pack n play (sleeps 2).
>Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet (sleeps 2).
>Living Room: Queen sofa bed, dining table for 6 guests, 4x accent chairs, smart tv (sleeps 2).
>Guest Bathroom: Located between Guest BD1 & Guest BD2, shower/tub combo.
>Kitchen: Refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, standard drip coffee maker, toaster.
>Laundry: Washer and dryer with detergent for our guests.
>Exterior: Private, fenced backyard entrance, paver deck with outdoor dining table for 6, beach chairs, corn hole, and 4x bicycles (2x adults, 2x children).
>Parking: Park 3 standard size vehicles in the gravel driveway in the front of the home.

This was a great home base for our St. Augustine vacation. The house itself was as described, with a nice open floorplan in the living/dining/kitchen area. Everything that we needed was provided-including a set of bar tools that was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be back.

We liked the house, which was clean, had everything we needed and located really close to the historic downtown. The host was great too — friendly and understanding.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is close to the main attractions. We traveled with out two indoor cats, so appreciated it that it was pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood, and responsive host. We definitely recommend it!
