Encanto is a newly built 3-bedroom tropical boho cottage with two king beds, set 1 mile from Historic Downtown St. Augustine and Nights of Lights. The house takes on the feel of a charming Christmas village for the holiday season.

• 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms — primary king suite, second king bedroom (shared bath), and twin room
• Smart TVs in every bedroom
• Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi
• Covered patio with string lights
• Large fenced private backyard with hammock and grill
• Open layout with room to spread out
The neighborhood:
• Quiet residential street 1 mile from Historic Downtown St. Augustine, about a 5-minute drive or quick rideshare
• Nights of Lights, St. George Street and the fort about 5 minutes by car
• Beaches: 10–15 minute drive
What's included for the beach:
• Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and towels — no rental shop run needed
Little extras:
• Board games for evenings in
• Fresh linens, towels, and essential supplies stocked on arrival

Our host was amazing, quick to reply. The house was extremely clean and fresh. They thought of everything a guest would need to make their stay comfortable. The area was safe and convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Yes downtown st augustine was very close to the house. The house was very spacious and beautiful. It was a great time and we will definetly book again at the same location.
